Four learners. Forty-eight lessons. Each on their own real work.

The JD names four audiences — developers, enterprise admins, consumers, the general public. Here is one fictional learner for each, taught a full 12-lesson arc by the system the rest of this site describes. This is the playbook, built.

● Docent note — how to read the tracks

Pick a learner and walk their arc. Each lesson opens with an exhibit note telling you what to look for; the lessons themselves are the generated product — Say-See-Do cycles on that learner's real artifacts, every claim doc-set-cited, every objective tied to a standard you can click into. The four arcs are deliberately different: the same system, four genuinely different tutoring relationships. Each ends in a mastery ledger.
